Remote Shipping Areas
There are a number of shipping addersses that Canada Post considers remote locations. Actual shipping is applicable to these areas. If you are shipping to an address with one of the following postal codes, the address is considered remote.
A customer service representative will contact you with the cost of additional shipping. Payment for your merchandise and shipping will be processed upon your approval of the shipping fee, and not before.

International Shipping (US addresses only)
We are happy to ship many of our products to US addresses (baby carriers, toys, gifts). As cloth diapers can be heavy and expensive to ship (actual shipping would apply) we recommend shopping at a cloth diaper store closer to home. We recommend Green Mountain Diapers - a US-based cloth diaper store - for a wide selection and fast shipping.

Actual shipping may apply, and depending on your location and the size/weight of your order. You will be notified prior to shipping, if this is the case.
Orders shipped to US addresses will be shipped by Canada Post (USPS Small Packet Airmail or Expedited, at our discretion).
You are responsible for package tracking fees and insurance (over $100), as well as taxes and duty that you may encounter at customs. If you require extra insurance, you will be billed separately for this. Parenting By Nature will not be held responsible for lost or misdirected packages, taxes or custom fees associated with you order. Feel free to contact us for a quote if you are placing a large order. Please note, any and all offers of Free Shipping do NOT apply to US addresses at this time. Thank you for understanding.
Shipping Times
We carry all of our products in-stock in our Orillia, Ontario warehouse, so when placing your order online you will know what is available for immediate shipping. All in-stock orders will be packaged and shipped within 2 business days of receipt of your payment. Most orders leave our warehouse the next business day! In order to process your order most efficiently, please remember to include an accurate email address and your telephone number.
Occasionally, we experience a delay in receiving an order from our vendors. In the event of a website stock error and an item is unavailable or back-ordered, we we will contact you prior to shipping your order.
The average order will take 2-10 business days to arrive to Canadian residents, and 10-14 days to US residents. These shipping times are an ESTIMATE only and are not guaranteed. If you do not receive your parcel by the indicated "delivery standard" time as noted on your tracking email, please allow an additional 1-2 days before contacting us, particularly during busy holiday times. It's likely your parcel will arrive within 2 days of this timeframe. If you require faster service, please let us know! We will be more than happy to accommodate in any way we can.
Please note, the shipping time to US residents is an ESTIMATE only as customs can sometimes delay a shipment by as much as 3-4 weeks.
