Goodbyn Reusable Lunch BoxesProduct Rating: Product Review (submitted on September 20, 2012):
My daughter loves her Goodbin because of the way I decorated it for her. It's hard for her to open and close at school and apparently her teachers are operating with the same skills as a 4 year old because they haven't been able to close it properly either. I ordered the Dabbawalla back pack to go with it and it doesn't leave any extra room for her agenda or library book. It has to be stretched in order for the lunch box to fit inside. There is no where for the ice pack to go, which is very important because at my daughter's school they do not have a fridge for the children to use. I put the ice pack inside her backpack and that's all that fits inside. I like that both the lunch box and her backpack are toxin free but admit I was a bit disappointed with this purchase.
A message from bynature.ca: We're sorry the lunch box/bag combo wasn't quite as you expected! Please email us should you wish to exchange this for something else that might work out better for your 4-year old. Although we generally recommend the smaller Bynto Box for a child that is 4-years old, the larger lunchbox should be easy for an adult to close. It's possible there's a problem with the one you've received. Please contact us or Goodbyn directly as this sounds like a warranty issue we can help with. Thank you!
