DivaCup, Natural Menstrual Solution
Product Rating: Product Review (submitted on November 27, 2011):I've been using a DivaCup for years, and I've never looked back. I used to have to double up, super absorbency tampons and overnights pads for my three(!) very heavy days. Now I don't even use a panty liner. I use it swimming, doing yoga, running, and never a drip. It takes a try or two to get the hang of inserting it, but once you've got the trick of it, you'll know instantly if it's not in right.
