I love the quality and versatility of the Moby wrap, and if you take the time to practice it's not that hard to get used to putting it on. What it IS, unfortunately, is time consuming, and when your baby is shrieking sometimes you don't want to stand around for several minutes putting on your baby carrier. Mine got much less use than I thought it would because of that. Either my fussy baby would already be crying and I couldn't take the time to get the wrap on, or I'd have put it on to go somewhere and the baby would decide he didn't want to be carried like that and I'd have wasted the time.

For a more relaxed baby or one who loves to be carried/held close I think it would be great, but it didn't work out for us as well as I'd hoped.

The other con the Moby has is that because it's so long it's difficult to put on outside without dragging the ends on the ground and getting them dirty.
