Bummis Tote Bag
Product Rating: Product Review (submitted on January 3, 2011):I have two of the big blue Bummis bags and one small outing bag that I have used through 3 kiddos. I put them through the washer and dryer with the rest of my diapers without any issue at all. I have found though that the waterproofing did not last through even the first child's cloth diapering days. It wicks moisture in a major way which makes the pail wet and stinky, feels really icky and isn't good on an outing either. I love the idea of these and they have totally held up with stitching and such, but I do wish that they didn't leak. Despite the issues, I continue to use them.
A note from the bynature.ca team: These wet bags are Nylon and the recommended washing instructions suggest a warm wash (washing machine) and either hang to dry or dry on air in the dryer. Heat from the dryer is not recommended to preserve the waterproofing of the fabric.
