Ergo Baby Carrier, Sport

I will start by saying that I have the slightly older version of this carrier without the snap hood. But I couldn't not review the Ergo because it is seriously the most comfortable back carrier I have ever used. It distributes the weight of my heavy babies so well, and they are comfortable and safe.

While it has a bit of a learning curve, learning to scooch baby into it on your back will become second nature before long. You will find that baby will help you get into position because s/he loves it so much! It is fast and perfect for long treks. I have taken it hunting, grocery shopping, or just used it to get some housework done. One of my littlest went through a stage when she would only fall asleep in her Ergo, so I would let her fall asleep and just lay her back in bed and undo the buckles. Easy peasy, she was fast asleep in bed for naps or night.

This has a much lesser learning curve than wraps for back use, so a great choice for those getting started. (Posted on 1/3/11)
