Perfect for prefolds Review by CINDY
Price Value Quality The Snappi is an amazing invention to replace the common diaper pin. If you are like me and squeamish at the thought of using a huge sharp pin on your little bundle, you will love the Snappi. While its little claws are a little sharp, it isn't even close to that of a pin. They are super fast and easy to use on a prefold or semi fitted once you get the hang of it. Give it a good stretch before using it the first time. (Posted on 1/3/11)

MUST have for flats and pre-folds Review by bestbuy
Price Value Quality This invention is genius. I'm so glad I bought this before my baby was born so I never had to fuss with pins. I was worried they might break, so I bought 2 but after 6 months of full-time use and another 7+ months of occasional use (once he grew out of the infant-size pre-folds), the first one is still going strong. This is one of the newfangled baby gadgets that I have recommended the most. (Posted on 1/3/11)

Innovative alternative for diaper pins Review by Barbara
Price Value Quality My parents cloth-diapered me (30 years ago), so they were really impressed with this neat little gadget for keeping the diaper closed. Much better than pins!

The only issue that I have is that they do break more easily than I thought. I started out with 3 and we had two of them break within 7 months. The first one that came in the Bummis kit was the "old" style and broke within a month. The Snappi website says that they should last 6 months of constant use, but I think that it may have been old stock, so it was brittle right from the start.
When we looked to buy two more from bynature.ca, the cost to ship them is more than the actual product (unless you make a big enough order to get free shipping) and they are impossible to find at local diapering stores (when sold separately from the Bummis kits.)
Overall, I'm extremely happy with the product, but I wish that I had ordered at least 5 when I ordered my kit. I also wish that I didn't toss the original Snappi that broke after only 3 weeks of use, since I would have sent it back for a replacement, now that I know that it was an "old style" made before 2006. Good quality Review by Tara
Price Value Quality It didn't always grab the prefold very easily and you had to push it into the fabric a bit. Maybe it's just me, but I found it somewhat hard to hold the prefold in place while fastening the Snappi. However, I think the Snappi is well-made and would last a long time. It just wasn't for me.
