Price Value Quality Yes they are horrific looking and ugly. But I'd never go without them. Immediately postpartum, when bleeding is heavy, these are perfect to hold a giant maxi pad or folded up blue underpad. If you need an icepack, these stretch enough to fit. You will likely only use these for a few days at most, but you will be glad to have them for comfort, and even more glad that you can just toss them away when you are done! I've used these after all 5 of my births and a 4-pack is perfect. (Posted on 1/4/11)

Price Value Quality While immediately postpartum these were helpful for heavy bleeding, they were not for me and I couldn't wait to get them off. I found them uncomfortable (too high in the rise and gathered in the thigh) and found a larger sized panty than I normally wear worked better for me. Having the disposable feature wasn't a draw for me. (Posted on 1/4/11)
