Price Value Quality While I am an sure if this tea actually helps my milk supply, (Frankly I'm on medication to improve it anyway) I find the tea delicious and would definitely buy it again. Drinking it is very relaxing, which of course is good for milk supply either way! (Posted on 3/20/13)
