A great addition to our nursery Review by Amanda
Price Value Quality I thought this was a bit of a frivolous purchase at first, but am so happy we bought it! It's nice to have warm wipes on hand in our little one's room (especially in the middle of the night). The cloths that came with it are so soft - but we use them for bathtime and just bought some cheap coloured cloths to use as wipes instead. The warmer also has a light on the front of it that works as a great nightlight in the nursery! The only con is that I find I have to replace the sponge insert about every 3 weeks, as opposed to the 3 months they suggest. Worth the money!

A note from the bynature.ca team: Thanks for your review! It's possible you are not following the maintenance instructions accurately if you're finding the need to replace the pillow package (sponge) as often as you suggest. Please contact us if you are missing the instructions for maintenance. Water should be added often to maintain the effectiveness of the pillow insert. Alternately, you may be clogging the pillow prematurely (effecting the regulation of the evaporation and condensation inside the warmer) if you add any extras to your solution (other than just water). Ideally the pillow should last a minimum of 3 months, longer if maintained well. If you are using a homemade wipe solution, you should wet the wipes with this when you remove them from the warmer, rather than include this inside of the warmer. (Posted on 1/1/11)

Makes cloth wipes so much easier to use Review by Mellissa
Value Quality Price I thought this was utterly frivolous when I had my 1st child. We were using disposable wipes at the time and thought why do they need to be warm. With my second, we decided to use cloth wipes since we were going to be full-time cloth diapering.
Would you recommend this product to a friend? Without hesitation!
I found some information about cloth wipe solutions, but it all seemed like extra work that wasn't completely necessary. Now I'm using nothing but water (occasional drop of lavender essential oil in the water), cloth wipes and the wipe warmer. I wouldn't go back! This product makes cloth wipes so much easier. And I will not use disposable wipes any more. I can't clean up a mess with less than 3 wipes! No mess has won over the Kissaluv wipes, water and this warmer. Well worth the money. (Posted on 3/22/12)

Great wipes warmer Review by Bee
Value Quality Price I too thought this was a rather splurge-y item, but I've really enjoyed having it. Baby loves the warm wipes, and I love that they are reusable. I personally recommend using flannel wipes rather than the brand's bamboo ones (too thick). I keep a bunch rolled up in a little drawer underneath the warmer and replenish when empty. I just put in one row at a time, spritz with a bum wash spray a few times then pour water over top. They're warm by the time he needs his next change! (Posted on 10/16/11)

In theory, a great idea but in reality a bum deal. Review by Taryn
Price Value Quality I was pretty excited about this product. I set it up with great expectations as per the directions. I used baby facecloths and water. A week later, there is a funky smell coming from the unit when I open it. The dang "antibacterial" moisture pillow went moldy! I contacted the company and they had great customer service and sent me a replacement pillow and gave me cleaning instructions and directed me to use distilled water (please note the instructions for the pillow show tap water being used). I ran into the same problem within two weeks even with weekly cleaning with distiller water. Grrrrrr! A waste of money, really.
A message from the bynature.ca family: We're sorry to hear you've had so much trouble with your wipes warmer. There are a number of reasons mold might continue to grow in a contaminated environment, but this is not something that is normal for the wipe warmer. We're happy to continue to work with you to see if we can help troubleshoot, and hopefully we'll help solve the problem you're having. Thanks for your patience! (Posted on 7/6/11)
