How to use your Reusable Menstrual Pads
Wash your cloth menstrual pads prior to first use. Snap pads around your underwear so the tag side faces down. Change pad every 2-6 hours or as needed. When you are away from home, place the used pads in a Mini Wet Bag until you return home. Then wash per care instructions. Avoid washing the pads in public facilities. Reusable mentrual pads are meant for personal use only, and should not be shared with others.
How many reusable menstural pads do we recommend? For one cycle, we recommend between 6-12 small/medium pads and 1-3 large pads, depending on how heavy your flow is and how long your periods normally last. For your postpartum needs, you will likely need about 8-10 pads.

Price Value Quality I can not say enough about these. I love them. They are easy to use, work for me overnight, are discreet. But mostly I love how they feel. After the first day I hardly even noticed they were there. With disposables I get super itchy and uncomfortable and by the end of my cycle I am close to a rash. Not so with these. I am comfy the whole week through. What I also like is that they are economical. I can change as often as I want and not have to worry about the cost. So instead of trying to stretch the pad as long as I could (as I did with disposables) I change often throughout the day. I don't like the long ones as much as they shift a little - especially at night, but if I wear a little bit tighter of panties than they are fine. (Posted on 6/12/10)
