I love that this belly band supports without being constrictive. It's almost like a tensor bandage for your belly (but not so tight) and has extra support at the front and lower belly, along the sides, and at the lower back. I find it much more comfortable than my BellyBand (and thus I wear it way longer, so it's better overall). I also like that it smooths out the top of my maternity pants (if I wear it over top) so that I don't have that line across my belly showing through my shirts!
