How to Use Thera Wise Natural Decongestant Ointment

For children over the age of 1.5 years, apply Thera Wise to the chest before bedtime or during the day to help with breathing and clearing of the nasal passages.

Avoid placing VpR Vaporizing rub around the nasal area for children under 1.5 years or age as the decongestant properties can cause an excess of mucus that may block the nasal passages. The NoseFrida has been found to be a very effective solution for this symptom. For children 1.5 years and under, we recommend applying Thera Wise Natural Decongestant Ointment on the bottom of the feet and placing socks over top, in addition to a small amount to the back (upper torso). When use with the NoseFrida nasal aspirator, your little one should find relief. Not recommended for babies under 8 months.
