Lubricating Jelly (sterile): Sterile general lubricant in convenient, individual packets. Allows for the easy insertion of rectal/vaginal gloves and instruments. Handy to have for your midwife as back-up supplies and for any home first aid kit, our lubricating jelly is water soluble for easier clean-up. Bacteriostatic, non-irritating and non-toxic. Each package is 3.5 g (1/8 oz)of sterile lubricant.

Alcohol Prep Pads (sterile): Sterile, textured pads saturated with 70% isopropyl alcohol used as a topical antiseptic and anti-infective. A first aid kit essential.

Iodine Prep Pads (sterile): Povidone Iodine solution is a non-toxic, non-staining solution that helps prevent infection and is effective against bacteria, fungi, viruses, amoeba and spores.

Guaze Pads (sterile): Sterile Cotton Gauze Pads are a traditional wound care supply which makes them a perfect addition to any homebirth kit or general home first aid kit. These are 4" x 4" multi-layered (12 ply) sterile cotton gauze sponges which are absorbent and fast-working to reduce pooling of fluids. Packed in an easy open, coated paper envelope to reduce fibre debris our sterile gauze pads are ideal for wound debriding, prepping, packing, dressing and general wound care.

Umbilical Cord Clamp (sterile): This individually wrapped, sterile cord clamp holds a newborn umbilical cord safely and securely. Used to prevent bleeding once the umbilical cord is cut. Clamps are constructed of durable plastic. These umbilical cord clamps lock and require a clipper to remove. Latex-safe. Cord clamp cutter not included.
