Kinderville Little Bites 100% Silicone Jars are a safe and easy option for storing and little one's edibles at home, daycare or on-the-go. Bye bye ubiquitous plastic! Unlike plastic, Kinderville Little Bites storage jars are bacteria resistant and, most importantly, BPA, Phthalate and Lead free.

These stylish, versatile silicone jars and lids feature an innovative, patent-pending design and are made from high-grade silicone - making them not only dishwasher-, refrigerator- and freezer-safe, but microwave safe, too! Little bites stackable storage jars are the perfect solution for storing and defrosting baby food, small servings of leftovers, carrying and serving up snacks, and more.

These stackable silicone storage jars are easy to manipulate. The lid forms a seal when placed on top of the jar. To remove the lid simply pinch the round handle to release the seal. These containers are much easier for most toddlers to open and close on their own helping to foster a sense of independence.

We have this set and they are great. They go from the fridge to the microwave for warming leftovers and I don't have to worry about nasty plastics and toxins leaching into my little one's food. So easy to pop into the diaper bag when we're out and about so we always have a snack ready. The only issue is that if the jar gets squeezed in the bag then the lid will sometimes pop open, so for that reason I don't put yogurt or something that's going to drive me crazy in the jar in case it spills in the bag.

My son loves to play with the containers and they are totally unbreakable.

I had originally bought the jars as a gift for someone else, but once I saw how cute they were I had to keep them for myself :P (Posted on 1/1/11)
