The Beco Step is heavier than most other kids step stools, because it is made from bamboo material. This makes the stool more durable, stable and less likely to topple over. There are rubber strips on the base of the stool which prevent it from sliding around the bathroom floor. The top of the Beco Kids step stool has raised contours to provide grip for the child using it.
The bamboo and rice husks are left over materials from farming. After you're done using the Beco Kids Step Stool, plant it in your garden to see it biodegrade!
