Organic Cotton Cloth Training Pants
Bumpy training pants are designed to help children with potty learning. They consist of a comfortable layer of cotton on the outside, soft elastic at the waist, three layers of absorbent terry cloth on the inside and a layer of polyurethane-laminated polyester keep clothes dry. Our Imse Vimse training pants offer lightweight protection similar to that of "first underwear" and are not as heavy and bulky as some other training pants on the market.
These are vinyl and PVC-free, with only organic cotton touching your little one. The waterproof later is hidden between the organic layers. They are not recommended for over-night wear unless paired with a wool diaper cover or additional insert/doubler for extra protection from a heavy wetter. We LOVE these with our toddler, and call she calls them her "going out" panties. They mean mama can relax and not feel rushed if her little one may "miss" an accident because her clothes are protected. They do need to be changed right away when wet! These are not designed to hold as much as a cloth diaper. If you still require that much protection, you might consider the Bummis Cloth Training Pants.

Price Value Quality These training pants are cute, well-fitting and nice looking. They feel very soft on the inside and outside, and they don't have the crunchiness to that that some training pants do. The elastics around the waist and legs are snug, but soft. This makes them not too tight, but tight enough to prevent major leakage.
To give you an idea of how much leakage protection they offer, my 22 month old was wearing them while she was we were shopping and she was sitting on her dad's shoulders. He turned to me and said that either she had an accident, or he was sweating a lot. Of course, it was an accident! It leaks a little out the sides (we had to change her pants and tights as well as the panties), but it doesn't gush out, and he wasn't soaked. So it has pretty good protection, considering it isn't a diaper. But of course the little ones are wet and uncomfortable enough that they notice and want out, which is what you want from a training pant.
Overall, it's very nice fitting and it even works pretty well at containing little accidents. But be warned that your toddler's newly trim figure may no longer hold up his/her pants anymore! (Posted on 6/9/10)
