AppleCheeks Swim Diaper$19.98
AppleCheeks cloth diapers ... easy to use, versatile, cute & Canadian.
Apple Cheeks is a 2-size Cloth Diaper System with envelope pocket covers. These do not come with an insert, which is required. We suggest our one-size hemp inserts (best for heavy wetters!) or one-size bamboo inserts.
Why you'll Love AppleCheeks Cloth Diapers:
- An outer layer of breathable, waterproof polyurethane laminated polyester (PUL), sewn to a butter soft microfleece inner layer, so that only the softest of soft touches your baby’s delicate skin.
- Snug, durable elastic at both the waist and legs for a gentle and secure fit.
- Two rows of easy-to-adjust snaps, allowing for a proper fit at the legs and the waist.
- A beautiful range of truly spectacular colours to appeal to a wide range of esthetic.
- An envelope opening wide enough for daddy’s hands, which allows for the option of placing the absorbent inner between the fleece and the waterproof outer layer if so desired.
- Two sizes for a customer fit, size 1 fits from 7 - 20lbs and size 2 fits from 18 - 40lbs. All weight ranges are approximate.
Size: Size 1 (7-20 lbs.) or Size 2 (18-35+ lbs.)

No more "yuck" Review by WL
Value Quality Price If you are put off by having to unstuff dirty diapers, these ones will solve that problem. We just put these in the washing machine and the inserts come out in the wash as promised, both in a top-loading and front-loading machine.

Also, the colours are beautiful. In these hot summer days, I just wear baby a t-shirt with Apple Cheeks and he's ready to go.

Nice diaper Review by Tara
Price Value Quality I love my AppleCheeks. They are a bit pricey, but still one of my fave pockets. I have both the size 1s and size 2s. My almost 9 month old, 17 1/2 lb slim son fits into both right now. My inserts didn't come out all the time in the washer though. I love the style of the diaper and colours. Elastic is soft and fits well at legs, and elastic at tummy and back of diaper ensure a good fit, even on slim babies. (Posted on 12/31/10)

Applicious Review by bestbuy
Price Value Quality I bought a couple of these to test them, and then bought a bunch more. They've worked well since 6 months for my now 13 month old. Note that he has a long and lean body type. I wanted something with snap closures, and liked the idea of being able to air-dry the pocket covers three times before washing, as opposed to once with all-in-ones. However, I use a different fitted diaper/cover for overnight. Oh, and the clincher: they're made in Canada! (Posted on 1/3/11)

My favourite Diaper Cover/pocket Diaper Review by LisaT
Price Value Quality I use these with flat diapers and pre-folds placed on top rather then stuffed. They are great at holding in messes because the elastic at the back and the belly button area. The leg elastics were a little snug for my VERY chubby baby boy, so he outgrew the small in a couple weeks (9lbs 6oz at birth). At 8 months he's finally thinned out a bit and I can use the larger size. So these would be great for thinner babies, or go up a size maybe for bigger then average babies.

Won't be buying more Review by Cassandra
Price Value Quality I have two Size Two Applecheeks and they are okay. I would never use them overnight because of leaks. I love that they are Canadian made and you don't need to unstuff them to wash; however I won't be buying more. (Posted on 1/2/11)

Nice diaper, but not for us Review by CINDY
Price Value Quality This is a really cute diaper that comes in great colours, and is quite convenient since you don't need to unstuff it. The microfleece is very soft, although seemed to hold stains more than some. I never used it as an AI2 (all-in-two), but as a pocket diaper it did not fit my chubby boy long. We had a size 1 and he outgrew the rise long before anything else, which has not been the case with other pocket diapers. I'm not sure if I would give size 2 a try now - but maybe if a good sale came along and I couldn't resist!! (Posted on 1/3/11)

Can find better value and fit Review by Kim
Quality Price Value We tried Applecheeks cloth diapers with a microfiber insert and they leaked. They were definitely more absorbent with the hemp insert. My son, who is not chunky, outgrew the elastic at about 14 lbs. They were easy to wash though as you can just throw them in with the liner still inside. I would recommend a good fitted diaper for an easy to use, cheaper, more leak proof combination. (Posted on 12/11/10)

Looked promising but too small so we couldn't use them Review by Raghida
Price Value Quality We were very excited to use these diapers, unfortunately we took the tags off and washed them right away. The size 1 which is rated up to 20 lbs is too small for our 12 lb baby. The biggest setting is way too tight on the legs. They are unusable for us. (Posted on 7/14/12)

Not a huge fan Review by Jennifer
Price Value Quality I bought one size two cover for my son. He's well within the weight range and not overly pudgy or anything but the elastics around the leg holes left red marks on his legs and when I would take the diaper off, he's rub them and tell me owie.

I contacted Apple Cheeks and they sent me a waist extender to try and see if that helped. It didn't and I didn't find the waist extender fit well...it made the diaper look silly and it was floppy and the diaper didn't fit well.
So a big plus for Canadian-made and good customer service but the diaper didn't work for our family. (Posted on 1/2/11)
