Biodegradable Flushable Diaper Liners come in an average roll of 100 perforated sheets/changes per roll. The size small liners measure approximately 5" x 11.5" per sheet and the size large liners are approximately 2.5" wider (7.5"x11.5").

Flushable Diaper Liners ... making clean-up a breeze.

Flushable Diaper Liners make cloth diapering clean-ups a breeze to handle. They also aid in preventing stains on your cloth diapers, decrease the chance of detergent build-up or cream residue (reduces odor retention!), and provides a light barrier between your baby and wetness. A real time-saver!

Our biodegradable, flushable diaper liners are constructed from plant cellulose (soft wood pulp) and are whitened using Hydrogen Peroxide rather than chlorine bleach. Providing a layer between your baby's bottom and a cloth diaper, these disposable liners protect your cloth diapers from staining, as well as protecting your baby's behind. They allow wetness to pass through them, onto the cloth diaper, but not back again. This helps keep your baby feeling dryer had no liner been used at all. They are designed to retain solids, making clean up easier. So durable, these cloth diaper liners are can be washed (if only wet) and re-used more than once. Soft plant fibers are less scratchy than other paper liners available on the market. A great choice for parents that want less mess!

How to use Biodegradable Flushable Liners:

  • Simple! Place the bio-liner on top of any cloth diaper against your baby.
  • When diaper is soiled, remove liner and put into toilet.
  • Allow liner to absorb water and become softer for easier flushing. Only flush one liner at a time!
  • If on a sensitive septic system, remove liner and dump solids down toilet. Dispose of liner in the trash.
  • Wet liner only? Rinse, hang to dry, and reuse a second or third time.

Caution: Flushing of liners in old or damaged drains and in sensitive septic tanks may cause blockage. These and any other "flushable biodegradable" liners are only recommended for use in city systems. If you are on a septic system, please use with caution.

Our Biodegradable Flushable Diaper Liners come in an average roll of 100 perforated sheets/changes per roll. Constructed of 100% Viscose, the size large measures approximately 7.5" x 12" per sheet and are recommended for pocket diapers to minimize shifting and bunching on the fleece fabric. We recommend the size small liners for newborns or with prefolds or fitted diapers. If you are on a septic, or would like a STAY-DRY, economical option for your baby, check out our reusable, washable microfleece cloth diaper liners. The perfect choice to keep your little one feeling dry all night long!

Price is for one (1) roll of 100 perforated sheets/changes per roll.

  1. Great when I'm not at home or using diaper cream Review by Miranda

Every now and then my son gets a rash after a really bad poop. Then I need to use some diaper cream but I don't want to put him in a disposable so I just lay this on top of the diaper. It keeps the diaper clean and I can still use the cream. I would only go with the large size. It's also great to use when I'm not home and can't use my mini sprayer to clean the diaper - the only thing is it often shifts and I still end up with a lot of poop beside it that I have to wash off. I would not use these all the time. (Posted on 6/12/10)

  2. Best thing ever for cloth diapering! Review by Barbara

There are many arguments for cloth diapering but the only argument that I've ever heard of *against* cloth diapers is completely nullified by this product. It's so easy!! No rinsing, no scraping, no dunking in the toilet. Just toss the soiled liner into the toilet and flush. No need for a "bleach pail" like my mom used, just toss the used diaper in the wet bag and it goes straight from there into the laundry.

We used the smaller sized liners that came in our Bummis newborn kit, and found that the small liners did not always contain our baby's large poops. With the bigger size, we haven't had a single accident. We can also use ointment whenever needed without worrying about decreasing the absorbency of the cotton. (Posted on 7/24/10)

  3. Good in the right circumstance Review by Casey

I have mixed feelings about these diaper liners. Initially I loved the idea of them - anything to help deal with yucky poops! I find cleaning up poop is usually much easier with the liner (though I suspect a diaper sprayer would be just as easy), especially when I'm out being able to easily flush it away is great.

My baby is very active so the liner doesn't always stay in place so I still have to scrape off the poop sometimes. I tried keeping the liner in place by making sure it was between her leg and the diaper but if too much of the liner was outside of the diaper she would get wet.

I find the liners also help reduce staining on the diapers. As they easily remove most of the poop, rinsing diapers is easier too.

I do like that you don't have to always flush the liners - you can reuse them. Just rinse and dry. I actually only flush them with really yucky poop or when I'm out.

I have an old septic system and haven't had any problems yet - fingers crossed! But, I am very careful not to flush too many and I always let them sit in the toilet bowl for some time before flushing. (Posted on 7/30/10)

  4. Makes cloth diapering even easier!! Review by Suzy

I am liking these liners. I have only started cloth diapering recently for my 7 month old. I don't have a diaper sprayer and this makes poop diaper changes much easier. It can move around but like I said to my husband even keeping 50% of the poop off the diaper is better than nothing. I would say it makes cloth diapering a whole lot easier. I use them every diaper change. I did try to wash them and found they did shrink, but they were still usable another time. (Posted on 2/15/12)

  5. Use every diaper change! Review by leah

Obviously there's the poop catching factor we love! It has made dad more pro cloth too, yay for less arguments! I like that when my kid poops, I can sometimes take off the poop and keep waring the diaper since they usually aren't peeing all the time too!
These are way softer than other brands I've tried, I wish I could find these locally!
They do tend to shrink up after rinsing them out and hanging to dry to re-use a second time though, so that's not the greatest. But I only buy the large, the small ones don't make any sense, even for newborns.
I'd like to see the price come down. (Posted on 11/10/11)
