The fabric of these accessories is the same as the Original Ergo (cotton/poly canvas) and not the new Sport which is a softer, polyester. We also have replacement parts (chest straps) and the waist extender for your Ergo Carrier.
Waist Extender
The ERGObaby waist extension extends the circumference of the waist belt of our carrier by 8", from 43" to 51" on our standard model and from 48" to 56" on our Sport carrier . We do not recommend using more than one waist extension. In addition, we highly recommend that the waist belt on the carrier not be extended further than a one-inch tab. This allows for easier adjustments.
Ergo Replacement Chest Strap
The best way to fasten the Chest Strap when The ERGO baby carrier is worn on the front, is from behind the neck. If you loose your chest strap, this is your replacement item.
Back Pack
Designed as a day pack, the Backpack easily snaps around the straps of the ERGObaby carrier, for an all-in-one day pack. Carry your baby and necessities for a day away from home; great for active parents who love to hike. Access into the sack is from the top with a solid bottom to help keep its shape. This accessory is roomy and will hold a towel, diapers, swimsuit , change of clothes, snacks, sun screen, hats and more. A component of ERGObaby's HandsFree System. Front Pouch
This accessory has tremendous versatility. Velcro attaches the pouch around the waist belt when the ERGO baby carrier is worn on the front, back or hip. It comes with a shoulder strap so you can carry your personals with you even when you are not using the ERGObaby carrier. A wallet, checkbook, cell phone, sunglasses, keys, a small notebook, pen, passport, and tickets are types of items that will fit in the pouch. A component of ERGObaby's HandsFree System.
