Baby Wipe Warmer ... providing warm, moist, comfortable wipes for baby.
Keep your cloth wipes moist, warm, and ready to go with the Warmies Wipes Warmer. The Warmies wipes warmer is designed to work with reusable cloth wipes - the environmentally conscious way to wipe. A new three part heating system and specially designed anti-microbial micropore pillow help keep cloth baby wipes warm, moist, fresh and ready for all of your baby's delicate needs.
This is the perfect product for parents that have a change table that is far from the bathroom or sink. Your wipes will always be warm, moist, and comfortable, and ready for your baby at arm's reach.
Why parents love the Warmies Wipe Warmer:
- Non-toxic solution to commercial baby wipes. No chemicals, alchohol or artificial fragrance.
- Moisture Retention
- Warmer is made from phthalate-free, BPA-free and latex-free polypropylene.
The Ever-Fresh pillow keeps wipes moist by an evaporation and condensation process. Micropores in the pillow trap and release water as needed to maintain wipes’ moisture content. Only distilled water should be used.
Keeping wipes moist prevents most discolouration caused when wipes are warmed. Discolouration also occurs when aloe, lotions and other additives typically found in baby wipes are warmed over time. The Ever-Fresh pillow effectively insulates your wipes from the warming surface, preventing browning.
Both the Ultimate Wipes Warmer’s tub and the Ever-Fresh pillow are treated with an EPA approved additive to inhibit the growth of microorganisms that may cause spoilage, odours and mildew.
There is no need to use oils, additives or essential oils with your wipes warmer and this is discouraged by the manufacturer. Should you wish to use a homemade wipe solution a spray bottle should be used, and this can be added to the wipes when they are removed from the warmer. Do not use oils inside of your wipes warmer as this may damage it.
Price is for one (1) wipe warmer and set of four (4) rayon from bamboo cloth wipes. Additional wipes sold separately. Additional Ever-Fresh Pillows sold separately and should be replaced every 3 months for optimal performance.
A great addition to our nursery Review by Amanda

I thought this was a bit of a frivolous purchase at first, but am so happy we bought it! It's nice to have warm wipes on hand in our little one's room (especially in the middle of the night). The cloths that came with it are so soft - but we use them for bathtime and just bought some cheap coloured cloths to use as wipes instead. The warmer also has a light on the front of it that works as a great nightlight in the nursery! The only con is that I find I have to replace the sponge insert about every 3 weeks, as opposed to the 3 months they suggest. Worth the money!Would you recommend this product to a friend? Yes
A note from the bynature.ca team: Thanks for your review! It's possible you are not following the maintenance instructions accurately if you're finding the need to replace the pillow package (sponge) as often as you suggest. Please contact us if you are missing the instructions for maintenance. Water should be added often to maintain the effectiveness of the pillow insert. Alternately, you may be clogging the pillow prematurely (effecting the regulation of the evaporation and condensation inside the warmer) if you add any extras to your solution (other than just water). Ideally the pillow should last a minimum of 3 months, longer if maintained well. If you are using a homemade wipe solution, you should wet the wipes with this when you remove them from the warmer, rather than include this inside of the warmer. (Posted on 1/1/11)
Makes cloth wipes so much easier to use Review by Mellissa

I thought this was utterly frivolous when I had my 1st child. We were using disposable wipes at the time and thought why do they need to be warm. With my second, we decided to use cloth wipes since we were going to be full-time cloth diapering.Would you recommend this product to a friend? Without hesitation!
I found some information about cloth wipe solutions, but it all seemed like extra work that wasn't completely necessary. Now I'm using nothing but water (occasional drop of lavender essential oil in the water), cloth wipes and the wipe warmer. I wouldn't go back! This product makes cloth wipes so much easier. And I will not use disposable wipes any more. I can't clean up a mess with less than 3 wipes! No mess has won over the Kissaluv wipes, water and this warmer. Well worth the money. (Posted on 3/22/12)
Great wipes warmer Review by Bee

I too thought this was a rather splurge-y item, but I've really enjoyed having it. Baby loves the warm wipes, and I love that they are reusable. I personally recommend using flannel wipes rather than the brand's bamboo ones (too thick). I keep a bunch rolled up in a little drawer underneath the warmer and replenish when empty. I just put in one row at a time, spritz with a bum wash spray a few times then pour water over top. They're warm by the time he needs his next change! A warm cloth wipe cleans up the mess easily and usually only need 1. My husband swears he's getting sprayed less because there isn't the shock of a cold wipe first thing in the morning on our little guys bottom.Would you recommend this product to a friend? Yes
I tried laying the wipes flat in the warmer once but it didn't warm them up the same way rolling them does.
I mix in a bowl 2 cups of water and a touch of soap.. stir it up and pour it over the wipes. I rinse the moisture pillow once a week. (Posted on 11/13/13)
In theory, a great idea but in reality a bum deal. Review by Taryn

I was pretty excited about this product. I set it up with great expectations as per the directions. I used baby facecloths and water. A week later, there is a funky smell coming from the unit when I open it. The dang "antibacterial" moisture pillow went moldy! I contacted the company and they had great customer service and sent me a replacement pillow and gave me cleaning instructions and directed me to use distilled water (please note the instructions for the pillow show tap water being used). I ran into the same problem within two weeks even with weekly cleaning with distiller water. Grrrrrr! A waste of money, really.
A message from the bynature.ca family: We're sorry to hear you've had so much trouble with your wipes warmer. There are a number of reasons mold might continue to grow in a contaminated environment, but this is not something that is normal for the wipe warmer. We're happy to continue to work with you to see if we can help troubleshoot, and hopefully we'll help solve the problem you're having. Thanks for your patience! (Posted on 7/6/11)
